Dynamic Recurring Work Orders

We received a tremendous amount of feedback from you guys and are happy to announce dynamic recurring work orders.

This feature allows you to re-schedule work orders based on completion date instead of just a fixed date.  Contrast to regularly occurring work orders, the dynamic recurring work orders feature will schedule the the next date based on when it was completed.


This feature is only available for our Starter, ProfessionalBusiness Plus and Enterprise customers. If you’re interested in upgrading your plan — you can hit the button below!

Purchase Order Categories

It’s really the little things that make the biggest differences. You now have the ability to categorize your purchase orders. The benefits of this is the ability to group POs for accounting purposes, it provides the flexibility for your team to segment work orders by each category.
